The Anxiety and fear are responses of the body ta naturals allow us to adapt to new situations. Without them we would put our lives at serious risk. No anxiety, no growth. In addition any new situation in life leads to activation (anxiety) that helps us deal with it. When these natural responses are triggered in inappropriate situations and become excessive and uncontrollable in the person, affecting and limiting their life.

Social Phobia Intense fear of social situations and relationships. Blush. sweating.
tremors and palpitations.
Avoid being in public
Panic Disorder Extreme anxiety caused
by a panic attack. Afraid to feel again other crises.
Dizziness, feeling tremors, palpitations,  chokingfear of dying.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Great anxiety accompanied by
involuntary repetition of thoughts or actions that limit the life of the person.
Example: repeatedly ordering
the desktop etc.
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Exposed to traumatic events Inability to recall one or more
aspects of trauma.
Affect Restriction
Difficulties lifesleeping.
Hyper vigilance / startle response
